We use your information solely to deliver our service: generating and sending you one personalized text message per day. Your personal context is used by our AI system to craft messages that are relevant to your life. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Unspoken: Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for secure data storage, and Anthropic for AI message generation. These services process your data only as needed to deliver our service and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Message data

We store the messages we generate and send to you, along with delivery status information. This allows us to avoid sending repetitive content and to improve the quality of future messages. Message content is private and is never shared publicly.

Data security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Our database uses row-level security policies, and access to your personal information is restricted to the systems that need it to deliver your messages.

Opting out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any Unspoken text. You can also contact us at hello@joinunspoken.co to request that your data be deleted entirely.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via text message or email.
