Unspoken is a subscription service that sends you one personalized text message per day. Messages are generated by AI based on context you provide during sign-up. The service costs $14.99 per month.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Unspoken. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provide is your own.
Your subscription begins when you complete payment and is billed monthly at $14.99. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We aim to deliver one message per day at approximately 7:00 AM in your local timezone. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to carrier delays, network issues, or system maintenance. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
By providing your phone number and signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Unspoken at the number you provided. Message frequency is one message per day. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
All messages are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to make every message thoughtful and relevant, Unspoken is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is being misused.
Unspoken is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed messages, delivery failures, or the content of AI-generated messages.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
